Project Coordinator – Facilities Management/Construction – Permanent Position

Central London

 

If you are a specialist Project Coordinator/Administrator within the Construction or FM industries, then this could be the job for you.

 

You will be working with one the leading Project Teams in London and reporting into the Project Managers, General Management and Contract Teams.

 

Managing between 10-15 projects at pone time and each of the projects value between £50,000 and £2,000,000.

 

Experience Required:

 

– Material sourcing, purchasing and ordering for site. There could be several complex orders per month so a real understanding of detail will need to be put into place to process this.

– Liaising with the manufacturers to make sure the orders are up to scratch and correct for the site. Also, to make sure the deliveries are not turned away from the location of delivery.

– Purchase orders

– Stakeholder and Technical team communication to report the status of process

– Sub-Contractor, Site Engineers and Site Management communication to ensure the projects are progressing well

– Client Management

– Help the project teams to close the projects once project has been completed

 

Skills & Characteristics Required:

 

– Excellent IT & CRM skills and understanding

– Can do attitude for the projects

– Organised

– Able to prioritise projects and tasks, for the right reasons

– Ability to follow workflows and processes.
