This is an ideal opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading Risk Management Consultancies who are looking to hire an experienced and qualified Senior Asbestos Consultant to join their prestigious, high-profile fast-growing team.
The successful candidate must have experience and understanding of a conducting technical and complex surveys as well as audits for various clients within a Commercial & Residential Property environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Attend various client sites and conduct Asbestos Surveys and audits
- Carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on various properties.
- Working alongside other departments to co-ordinate projects.
- Overseeing contractors to ensure work carried out is in accordance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
- Audits and Inspections of Asbestos practices to be carried out across the business.
- Experience of advising in a multi-site environment
Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:
- Extensive technical consultancy knowledge
- Must have a strong educational and asbestos background. T
- Must have attained the P401/P402/P403/P404/P405 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
- Extensive experience working in a consultant role within the asbestos industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable team member
