As part of our Clients continued growth and evolution, a position has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to be based in their offices in the North West of the UK.
As a complete service company they manage their projects from the initial site selection through planning, finance, construction to operation and management. Their knowledge and international experience gives them a unique perspective on project finance.
Responsibilities
- Project management of the development and construction project life cycle
- Knowledge of the renewable energy generation, ideally working as a wind farm developer
- Engaging and managing outsourced resources including consultancies
- Maintaining all key relationships with third party stakeholders and investors
- Project financing and development budgeting
Requirements
- You will be commercially aware with strong contract negotiation and management experience with all stakeholders including manufacturers and contractors.
- Legal agreements and commercial negotiations
- Working with multiple stakeholders and outsourced partners and the public.
- You will be comfortable with running financial models for renewable energy construction projects and use your experience to balance plant.
Reporting directly to the UK board, the right individual will be responsible for project management of the development and construction plan.
An understanding of bringing projects from concept through the planning and project programming process is important.
