Senior Quality Manager – South West
SearchTech are excited to have been engaged by leading manufacturing organisation who are looking to hire an experienced and qualified Senior Quality Manager to join their prestigious, high-profile fast growing team based in the South West of England.
The successful candidate must have experience and understanding of a manufacturing and factory environment and have previous experience within a Senior Quality position to be able to lead the development of the quality function across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working on the critical development of the Quality function across all areas of the business.
- Management of a team of QA professionals.
- Be the main point of contact for all customers and regulatory and certification bodies.
- Management and Improvement of the business quality structure.
- Lead Compliance Projects to meet all legal certification requirements.
- Manage regulatory, certification and customer enquiries.
- Monitor KPI’s
- Ensuring continuous improvements across sites
Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:
- Senior Quality Management experience
- Degree in engineering or Quality related discipline
- Lead Auditor Certificate.
- Experience of strategic development of a quality function.
- People Management experience.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of quality standards
