I do wonder how much of an incentive there will be or the amount of additional cost to encourage people to return the bottles. Unfortunately, I do believe that with no real incentive, many people will continue to dispose of the bottles the way they always have done previously.
I’m keen to hear the finer details of what the new Labour government have in mind and how quickly the plans will be brought forward.
