The Role:
- This role is ideally suited to a HR generalist accustomed to rolling their sleeves up and getting projects started and completed. You will work closely with a part time payroll person, the HR executive.
- Deliver all of the HR objectives as directed included the company strategic plan.
- Develop, launch and manage a positive staff annual appraisal process
- Develop and present monthly analysis of HR KPI’s which provide recommendations for company strategic direction and thinking
- Delivery timely and cost effective recruitment solutions for all for all vacant company
- Work with the management team to develop effective succession planning for key company roles and develop, issue and progress fast track career trajectory training plans where successors are recognized. Develop a training trajectory for the HR & Talent Coordinator.
- Ensure all company HR policies and documentation is fully compliant and up to date.
- Train our department leaders in first line HR .
- Initially manage all employee relations but ultimately with a view to training with site managers to deal with and recognise HR issues.
You:
- You will be a self -starter with an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail
- Commercially aware with a real can-do attitude
- Strong IT and presenting skills, intermediate Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to deal with all HR issues quickly and satisfactorily
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to mentor and train staff on HR related issues
- Good team player
- Excellent project management skills
- Desirable At CIPD – Level 5 or equivalent qualification
