Join a leading UK renewable energy investor and operator managing a fast-growing portfolio of ground-mount and commercial solar assets. This is a key role for an experienced Asset Manager ready to drive performance, optimise operations, and maximise long-term value.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the commercial and technical performance of a diverse solar portfolio, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and investors.
You will:
- Maximise asset value through best-practice management.
- Oversee plant performance and technical issue resolution.
- Manage budgets, business plans, and capex projects.
- Deliver investor-grade reporting and performance analysis.
- Identify and implement value-adding initiatives.
- Ensure HSE, contractual, and regulatory compliance.
- Support valuations and advise on new projects.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or Renewables (Master’s a plus).
- Proven solar asset management or operations experience.
- Strong HSE knowledge and contractor management skills.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and highly organised.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders.
