Highly successful Energy & Renewables team and help shape the future of sustainable development across the UK!

Seeking a proactive Senior or Associate Land Manager to play a pivotal role in driving land acquisition and stakeholder engagement for major renewable energy projects.

You'll lead on securing land rights for developer-led projects across a range of technologies —identifying sites, engaging landowners, negotiating agreements, and acting as the key liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

Expect variety, responsibility, and UK-wide travel as you build strong partnerships and engagement with landowners, agents, and high-profile clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating terms for energy and renewables projects and will be motivated to carry out in-person landowner and developer engagement countrywide.

As this role involves travel across England, Wales and sometimes Scotland, this role might ideally be based either from home

  • Represent clients at meetings, consultations, and community events, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive project momentum and progress, actively keeping clients updated.

  • Provide professional and strategic advice on the energy market, opportunities and key considerations.
  • Maintain accurate system records and deliver high-quality reporting and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the wider Energy & Renewables team to meet business targets and share technical knowledge.
