This leader in renewable energy and is expanding its reach around operational services. The business currently operates and maintains a portfolio of solar and storage assets and has ambitious plans to further expand the services offered.
Responsibilities
The overall purpose of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) account manager role is to assist with contractual and statutory compliance for a portfolio of O&M contracts, in accordance with company safety, quality and environmental systems.
The key objectives are to help maximise the production from client assets, increase maintenance efficiency and achieve a high level of safety performance.
 Focusing on the daily, weekly and monthly needs of the O&M service, supporting the regional O&M managers and other staff to deliver the service in a safe, compliant, professional, and cost effective manner.

• Responding to daily requests for support from the site technicians, prioritise any issues, and escalate as required
• Monitoring compliance with maintenance schedules, ensure high quality of documentation of completed maintenance, identify upcoming maintenance tasks, highlight overdue items for attention, action low stock items.
• Compiling summaries of maintenance work completed, collating photographs, and drafting relevant insights, for monthly client reporting.
• Stock management and procurement of materials. Lead an improvement activity to increase the quality and efficiency of this task. – to include supplier sourcing
• Ensuring client invoicing for any chargeable items (including spare parts) is carried out accurately and promptly
• Support technicians with skip/plant hire and waste disposal needs. 
• Support the relevant person/team with equipment warranty claims
• Maintaining a Maintenance Management System 
• Provide administrative support for field technicians, including booking travel & accommodation
• Third party contractor management

• Support monthly & annual reporting tasks
• Contributing and attendance to dept cost saving activities and other company initiatives
• Supporting the monitoring and escalation of site performance within the relevant teams
• Supporting daily monitor and fault escalation

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be from a coordination or administration background with some experience of maintenance procedures or operating assets.
A high level of organisation and computer literacy is required to be successful in this role.
This is a permanent role which is primarily home/office based near Exeter or based in London Home counties with occasional travel to operational sites.
