This client is a  leading UK consultancy in land services, consent management and stakeholder engagement, supporting major infrastructure and regeneration projects nationwide. With strong growth and a blue-chip client base across transport, energy, utilities and regeneration, we’re now looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their Energy infrastructure team.

You’ll lead project teams, manage day-to-day delivery and provide strategic land advice to developers and public bodies—shaping land strategy from early concept through to acquisition, negotiation and delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Lead teams to deliver high-quality land services on major projects
• Act as Project Account Manager and trusted technical advisor
• Develop land acquisition strategies and manage risk
• Negotiate agreements and engage landowners and stakeholders
• Present complex information clearly to clients and partners
• Support tender submissions and ensure regulatory compliance

What we’re looking for:

Qualified chartered surveyor specializing in UK statutory land procedures, stakeholder communication, and infrastructure delivery.

• Qualified Surveyor with strong land services experience
• Background in CPO/DCO/TWAO projects, acquisitions and land assembly
• Expertise in scheme development and objection management
• Confident communicator and negotiator
