Head of Projects – Hybrid
Seeking a role to utilise your project management and leadership skills? one where you can bring your experience of pulling together process and plant engineering projects to conclusion? This could be the role.
Our client owns and operates a number of facilities in the renewable energy and green manufacturing space, investing heavily with numerous plant upgrades underway, with more scheduled including further plant growth and acquisition they are seeking a Head of Projects to work with the SLT and guide a team within the project delivery function in delivery of major projects.
With a process driven approach the role holder will establish and manage a commercial approach to delivering projects, helping establish processes to mitigate project risks, track and manage delivery and embedding appropriate governance.
Our client's strategy for growth will further increase the capacity and complexity of such projects and they see this as an opportunity to grow the function and develop robust systems to support future needs.
The role provides strategic direction and leadership internally as well as essential communication externally to a range of stakeholders.
Whilst based form the Head Office in Southern Home Counties you will typically be in 1 day and spend time on sites and working from home.
