This client is one of the UK’s leading advisors of land management and stakeholder engagement services supporting major infrastructure and regeneration projects from concept to consent and delivery.

They are passionate about delivering life-improving change for communities and future generations. Their client portfolio includes some of the biggest players across our four core sectors of renewables, utilities, transport and regeneration.

They are currently expanding their presence in Ireland and we are looking for people with experience delivering land services for several new roles which include:

•             Land Referencers

•             Land Access Consultant

•             Land Officer

•             Surveyors

•             Senior Surveyors

•             Principal Surveyors

Responsibilities

  • Working to support our teams in the delivery of land access including landowner and stakeholder engagement regarding Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) General Vesting Declaration (GVD) and Development Consent Orders (DCO),
  • Identifying landowners, land agents and legal representatives, planning authorities and research of Registers of the Republic of Ireland.
  • Engagement with landowners and other parties who have an interest in the land.
  • Securing access to land for surveys.
  • Play a major role in their Land Access directorate, working on NSIPs within Ireland and be part of their continued growth and success.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering land services such as land referencing, survey access, stakeholder and landowner engagement.
  • Knowledge of Ireland's statutory consent requirements such as DCO, CPO.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Enthusiastic and driven.
  • Technically focused.
  • Commercially aware, working within budget
  • Full driving license.
