As part of this renewable energy developers’  UK’s continued growth and evolution, a role has arisen for a post consent Project Manager with land assembly experience.
In the UK they are an experienced developer in the onshore wind and solar market with multi-skilled planning, finance and construction project teams and has developed 150 wind farms and 20 solar parks across Europe with a total installed capacity of over 1.4 GW and investment volume of over €1.9 billion. As a complete service company, they manage their projects from the initial site selection through planning, finance, and construction to operation and management. Their knowledge and international experience provide a unique perspective on project feasibility and economic viability.
Responsibilities
The right individual will be responsible for project management of post consent wind farms in the UK.
The Project Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of project development including taking projects through the due diligence/financing process, and liaising with third-party contractors, banks / Investors, consultancies and other stakeholders.
The Project Manager will then oversee the construction process before handing the project over to the Asset Management team upon commissioning.
Skills

• Land or estate land assembly experience for energy infrastructure projects 
• A knowledge of planning and Scottish property law is also desirable.
• Wind farm Project Development Manager with a strong track record of taking projects from planning consent to financial close and then through construction and who has strong contract management and commercial experience.

Flexible working is permitted with 2 office days per week depending on what is expected when working collaboratively alongside other team members.
