Location: Northwest, Northeast, East Anglia & North Midlands (Site-Based)
Contract: 6+ Month Contract or Permanent
Our client is an established institutional investor and asset owner in the renewable energy sector, specialising in large-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and other renewable technologies.
They are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the on-site delivery of major utility-scale solar projects.
The Role
You will manage construction from mobilisation through to handover, overseeing civils, HSE, grid and logistics teams while coordinating subcontractors, EPC partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Full on-site construction management
- Subcontractor and site coordination
- Programme, cost, quality and HSE control
- Commissioning and handover to O&M
- Stakeholder management and reporting
- Risk identification and problem solving
- Logistics and material coordination
About You
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years’ site management experience (solar or renewables preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Solid technical understanding of PV systems
- Contract management experience
- Fluent English; German/Spanish desirable
- Willing to work site-based
