I had known Charles for around a year when he contacted me regarding a role he thought would be right up my street, he handled the whole process between me and the company, setting up interviews etc. Even when the offer came and I wasn’t fully happy with it Charles went back to the company and negotiated better terms for me. Throughout the process communication was excellent he absolutely wanted to get me an offer I was happy with and the company could accept. Charles is truly a man of his word and delivers on his promises, I would have no hesitation recommending him and SearchTech to anyone. Now looking forwarding to starting my new role with a package I’m happy with.
