I had known Charles for around a year when he contacted me regarding a role he thought would be right up my street, he handled the whole process between me and the company, setting up interviews etc. Even when the offer came and I wasn’t fully happy with it Charles went back to the company and negotiated better terms for me. Throughout the process communication was excellent he absolutely wanted to get me an offer I was happy with and the company could accept.
