Asset Manager – Renewable Energy

Remuneration package: Up to £45,000 + bonus

This renewable energy developer and asset management business is in the West End of London and focuses on the UK market. Their portfolio of assets is at both development and operational stage, and the Asset Management department is at the heart of managing this portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Ensure financial and technical performance of assets
- Remote monitoring and control of operation
- Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works
- Report to clients on Assets’ technical and financial performance
- Ensure H&S, ESG and other compliance obligations
- Liaise with stakeholders and business partners
- Coordinate site works and review work reports
- Due diligence and feasibility analysis to improve technical and financial performance
You
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong initiative and the ability to proactively identify, plan and execute required works
- Organised, with a focus on structure and consistency
- A proactive attitude, always seeking improvement and achieving maximum results
- Relevant experience in managing or working with operational projects is preferred
- Excellent written skills and working knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel
- The ability to work independently to find and communicate key insights and solutions
- 2 years of experience, including experience of working in the renewable environment is preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Degree educated with a suitable technical, financial, or business degree
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential
- Project or Asset Management experience
