Senior Search Consultant

Who are we?

We are a search consultancy based in Bournemouth and are looking to hire a Search Consultant for our recruitment business. We have the opportunity to bring on an experienced recruiter with account management, candidate management and/or 360 recruitment experience to work in our people centric environment.

Together we have over 20yrs experience in the recruitment industry within specialised markets; executive search, energy and infrastructure, IT and environment.  We currently have the ability to retrain senior recruiters to service our client base so you can start afresh in a new sector/market. Alternatively, you can bring your own knowledge of a specific market to our business.

What you will be doing

You will be working with the billing Directors to develop new clients and build on our existing candidate networks. We have several open industries that we work across and have a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take full advantage of our market specific reputation and build on their existing recruitment knowledge.

  • Join us in researching and developing a specific sector; Focusing on fulfilling our environment and infrastructure client’s talent acquisition needs.
  • Resource and network within candidates’ industries: build trusted relationships.
  • Manage our client accounts, focusing on service level agreements and relationship building.
  • Service both contract and permanent vacancies.
  • Guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment life cycle; from market research to onboarding of placements.
  • Monitor your own team member’s performance and development.
  • Help expand our market presence by attending events within industry

Who we need

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with great market knowledge to join our team and develop a desk.

Ideally the right candidate will have:

  • 4 years+ experience in an internal recruitment role, a recruitment advisory or consultancy firm. This can be in the UK or internationally.
  • 360 recruitment experience or new business development or account management and/or candidate management
  • Face to Face client meeting experience would be advantageous

Search Consultant Salary & Package

  • Competitive Basic Salary which is reviewed on target completion and on promotion
  • Unlimited Holidays – Paid 25 days including 3 days at Xmas
