Who are we
We are a search consultancy based in Bournemouth and are looking to hire a Talent Advisor for our recruitment business. We have the opportunity to bring on an experienced resource who would like to gain account management, candidate management or 360 recruitment experience to work in our people centric environment.
Together we have over 20yrs experience in the recruitment industry within in specialised markets; such as executive search, energy and infrastructure, IT and environment. We currently have the ability to train a talent advisor to support our client base.
What you will be doing
You will be working with the billing Search Consultants to develop new contacts and build candidate networks. We have several open and available industries to work in and to take full advantage of our market specific reputation.
- Join us in researching and administrating candidates and client databases.
- Resourcing and approaching within a network within candidates’ industries with the aim of building trusted relationships
- Manage the client accounts, focusing on service level agreements kpi’s and business support documents
Who we need
We are looking for an organised and customer service focused individual who can support consultants;
Ideally someone with the experience below:
- 2yrs+ in sales or customer service provider
- Any new business development or account management experience
- A pleasant nature and organized and target focused individual
