Role Summary

The Development Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development of a portfolio of solar PV and battery storage projects, alongside in-house expertise, through planning, grid, legal and commercial disciplines.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date tracker of actions for projects and development opportunities to ensure progress against agreed timelines
  • Oversee internal project filing system and datarooms for external partners
  • Record and update core company processes for delivering development projects
  • Support project managers on site visits, and produce site reports to highlight key site characteristics and associated risks and issues
  • Supporting community consultations on development projects
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Arrangement, review and reporting of project survey works and associated documentation
  • Maintain and manage time recording tools for the Development Team

  • Multi-tasking and work prioritisation
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism
  • Proactive nature and ability to work autonomously
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience of Renewable Energy projects [Desirable]

 

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Degree qualified in an area related to renewable energy or project management

 

Technical Experience and Knowledge

  • Relating to one of the key development functions of either grid, planning, commercial or legal
