A leading renewable energy developer and asset management business head quartered in London and focused on the UK market.

They are looking to fill an exciting opportunity for an Asset Manager to join on a full-time, permanent basis in London. Their portfolio of assets are at both development and operational stage and the Asset Management department is at the heart of managing this portfolio. This position will work to ensure that all key areas of the asset portfolio are managed successfully. This is from the perspectives of financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring financial and technical performance of the portfolio

• Identifying and interpreting system faults through monitoring portals

• Working with key business partners and ensure that processes and procedures are optimised

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance

• Be the point of liaison for key stakeholders and contractors

• Quantitative/technical/financial analysis

• Reporting to clients on Assets’ technical and financial performance

• Responding to client queries and attend client meetings, discussing their assets

• Liaising with Ofgem and FIT Licensees on transfers of contract and any account queries

• Due diligence and feasibility analysis to improve technical and financial performance

Required Skill:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong initiative and the ability to proactively identify, plan and execute required works

• Organised, with a focus on structure and overview

• A proactive attitude, always seeking improvement and achieving maximum results

• Relevant experience in managing or working with operational projects is preferred

• Excellent written skills and working knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel

• The ability to work independently to find and communicate key insights and solutions

• 3 years of experience, including experience of working in the renewable environment is preferred

• Degree educated with a suitable technical, financial or business degree

• Project or Asset Management experience
