MAINTENANCE MANAGER
North Lincolnshire
£55,000 to £66,000
You will be working for a leading power generation company, working on one of their established biomass facilities based in North Lincolnshire. The station currently employs 20+ employees on a full-time bases covering operations, health & safety and engineering/maintenance functions.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
• Manage the proactive and reactive maintenance of the site ensuring the plant is running efficiently whilst also managing any outages.
• Show great leadership skills overseeing three different shifts.
• Assist with implementing new technologies within the plant.
• Acquire the goods and services for any maintenance whilst detailing the costs.
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the companies’ requirements.
• Assisting HR with the recruitment needs within the maintenance team.
You:
• Previous or current experience in managing a team.
• A background in thermal powered engineering: biomass, energy from waste, CHP and heat generation power plants.
• Ideally NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualifications required.
• Experience of operational plant awareness systems.
