We are looking for a Onshore renewables Project Development Manager to guide this investors development projects. This role is based in Central London.
A leading renewable energy developer and asset management business head quartered in London and focused on the UK market.
This client’s development track record includes solar, wind and gas peaking with a combined capacity of circa 500MW and the UK’s largest renewable energy centre. The development pipeline includes 300MW of solar and battery projects.
They are looking to add to its existing team by employing Project Developer on a full-time and permanent basis at its office in London.
The focus of the role will be working as part of the existing team to develop the current pipeline of Wind (single turbines sites) , solar and battery projects and identify new opportunities in the renewables sector.
As a Developer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Excellent record of academic achievements
- Prior work experience in infrastructure, power, utilities or related sectors
- Experience working as part of a team in project development
- Any M&A transaction experience
- Any commercial and financial analysis skills, including financial modelling, DCF valuation and company/industry research skills
- Proficient use of Excel and excellent written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, maturity, superior attention to detail
