About the job
As a Production & Quality Leader you will be responsible for co-ordinating day to day activities in the Production team.
Overall, your tasks will be the following:
- Assist with team and individual development.
- Monitor site costs in line with budgeting and forecasting.
- Schedule workloads for the production team.
- Ensure Operative PPMs are completed.
- Work with Maintenance team to identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- To report any defects that may affect Health, Safety and Environment and plant performance.
- Logging site inspections and fault escalations.
- General administration throughout the production processes such as KPI data and analysis
Requirements
- You have experience operating in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in supervising teams
- IOSH and PtW (control of contractors); desirable.
What’s on offer
- £36,000 to £39,000 basic salary.
- 6on 4off shifts of 8 hours pattern; 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights.
