Our client needs a Project Manager, working with blue-chip world-renowned clients & institutional investors on the whole project life cycle.
Our client is a forward-thinking business specialising in managing design, development and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary renewable energy projects.
About the role
This is a rare and exciting role for an experienced Project Manager, ideally with an energy or construction background to join a rapidly expanding renewable energy business, working on exciting and high-profile projects.
To invest in the future of our business, we are now recruiting a Project Manager to join an established team that will be instrumental in the growth of the business.
In this role you will oversee the development, consenting, design, contracting, management and construction for a varied range of clients across the UK particularly in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. You will manage the whole process including sub-contractors workstreams through pre-construction, design, procurement and delivery.
This exciting opportunity would suit an experienced Project Manager with an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural discipline, or who has extensive experience of managing complex projects from pre-construction phase through to delivery.
Requirements
You are highly experienced in managing multi-disciplinary construction or energy projects to exacting safety standards, on delivering large complex projects with competing project and engineering demands, whilst managing cost and schedule implications.
Essential and desirable skills:
- Must be pro-active, highly organised, self-motivated, resilient and a strong communicator
- Must have experience of managing construction or energy projects
- Commercially astute PRINCE2 qualification or other relevant Project Management qualification is preferred
